The University is seeking to recruit a new academic post in the field of
Digital Media Development to join the Games and Digital Media team in the
School of Computing and Mathematical Sciences. The post would be for those
looking to embark on, or continue an academic career, lecturing on our
undergraduate games and digital media programmes, as well as the opportunity
to engage with enterprise initiatives or conduct quality research. Desirable
candidates will have a background in multiple of the following areas: SCRUM
and Agile Development Methodologies, User Interface Design, User Experience,
Human Computer Interaction, Digital Media in advertising and branding
Mapping, Motion Graphics, Sound Design, Information Visualisation, or the use
of Games Engines. Exceptional candidates in related areas will also be
