Interview date: 5 th December 2023

The newly constituted Graduate School of Business is located within the University of Bedfordshire Business School and is one of the largest Graduate Schools within the UK. This is a period of exciting growth for the School and we are delivering across a range of business-related disciplines and across a network of TNE partners. As part of our success, we have adopted a unique blend of interdisciplinary approaches to management education with an excellent, inclusive, and practice-led experiential pedagogy to prepare our students for the world of work.

You, the successful candidate, will be joining our MSc and MBA portfolios and will be supporting delivery of the PG courses to our own campus as well as to the TNE partners as well as developing the next generation of courses in the area of business education. You will be able to operate within an interdisciplinary academic environment and to teach general business as well as at least one of the following disciplines: project management, supply chain management, operations management and/or sustainability.

The Graduate School of Business enjoys a close network of links with local industry and SMEs as well as an extensive network of TNE partners. We have leveraged these networks to develop a range of authentic and innovative assessments into the curriculum. Thus, an interest in innovative pedagogy, the ability to manage globally distributed units and a commitment to your own personal development within your subject field are key qualities we look for in our team.

A PhD or equivalent professional experience in a relevant subject area is essential and for appointments at senior lecturer at Grade 8 there is a requirement for course management and curriculum design experience.

Interviews will be held on the 5th December 2023

We kindly request that all applicants refrain from canvassing during the application process. Your applications will be thoroughly reviewed, and if you meet our qualifications and are a good fit for the role, you will be contacted for the next steps.
