As Lecturer, you will undertake research, teaching and management within the Department, contributing to academic leadership in HR Analytics. You will have a proven track record of research and expertise in one or more of the following areas:
You will contribute to the research agenda of in the Centre of Employment Relations Innovation and Change (CERIC) in these areas. In addition to candidates whose research interests align with the CERIC agenda (social inequalities, digital futures of work, and voice and representation), we are looking to strengthen the core HRM team with expertise in international/comparative research and quantitative HR analytics.
You will play a leading role in delivering the CIPD accredited MSc in Data Analytics and Human Resources, run by the Work and Employment Relations Department Departments University of Leeds
