Full-Time (1.0 FTE) Temporary post for 2 years (starting 01/01/2023

We are looking for two enthusiastic Lecturers to join our Public Health,
Management, and Professional Development in Health and Social Care team. We
are teaching students through five Masters and one BSc programme in the UK and
two Masters and one BSc in Hong Kong. We also provide CPD short courses for
health and social care professionals. Many of our students are international
and come from a range of clinical and non-clinical backgrounds. The successful
candidate may need to teach in Oxford and online. They could also be asked to
travel to teach in Hong Kong as part of a flying faculty. The post is grade 9

Overall purpose of post:
● To deliver high-quality education in Health and Professional Development,
particularly in the areas of public health and management and leadership in
health and social care
● To develop the Faculty of Health and Life Sciences.
Applicants should hold a Masters or higher in Public Health, Management in
Health and Social Care, Nursing or a cognate discipline.
For this post we need the following:
● Experience in teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate level, particularly
in areas related to public health and management in health and social care
● Evidence of research methods knowledge
● Good organisational skills
● The ability to use information technology to enhance learning.
