Job Description & Qualification

The Law, Communications, and Ethics Area at the Krannert School of Management, Purdue University, invites high-quality candidates to apply for two full-time lecturer positions. Candidates should be comfortable teaching business law, and related courses. The appointment is expected to begin August, 2023.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

JD at the time of appointment

Relevant college or university teaching experience

Qualified under AACSB standards

Experience practicing law in either the public or private sector

Commitment to excellence in teaching and service

A demonstrated ability to work effectively and collegially with faculty, students, staff and administrators

Working knowledge with online teaching platforms such as Brightspace, Blackboard, etc.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Admitted to practice law in any state

Masters in Business Administration

Experience teaching at an AACSB accredited school
