Full Time/Part Time: Part Time Temporary/Permanent: Temporary

Other Conditions: For placement in department adjunct lecturer pool for Spring 2022 and/or Summer 2022. Mainly part-time employment, contingent on approval to fill, course offerings (ranging from 3 to 12 credits), position clearance, availability of funds, and sufficient enrollment. Appointments offered on a semester basis.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • To teach basic language skill courses in the target language, including specialized courses in the Chinese Flagship Program.
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • MA in the target language or related discipline required. High-level fluency in the target language and English.
  • Desirable Qualifications

  • College-level classroom experience in teaching Chinese language.
