This full-time permanent post is available immediately. This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working – some time on campus and some from home.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to shape and lead the Business Analysis Practice, in Exeter University's IT Services department.

This position includes membership to the Solutions Delivery Senior Leadership Team, providing the post holder the opportunity to influence the direction of the wider service.

Summary of the role

The Lead Business Analyst will be responsible for managing and supporting Business Analysts and Business Systems Analysts within the Solution Delivery team. This includes ensuring the Analysts are kept aware of strategy and programme dependencies across the IT landscape.

The Lead Business Analyst will be responsible for reviewing and analysing the business in terms of its existing IT services and supporting business processes to identify business problems and opportunities for improvement, and facilitate identifying the best way to effect business change for achieving its business goals.
