GENERAL JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Housekeeping manager, direct the operations of the laundry department. Cross train to Guest Room Attendant and Public Space Attendant Jobs and perform in those functions as needed. Operate or tend washing machines to wash all hotel laundry. This position serves as a trainer. Trainers are responsible for supervising the learning experiences of students in all areas of The Hotel at Kirkwood Center, The Kirkwood Center for Hospitality Arts and The Kirkwood Center for Continuing Education.
Currently we are looking to cover the times of 7am-3:30pm with some weekend shifts.

Position involves working in a laundry setting. Occasional (10-33%) sitting, lifting up to 50 pounds. Frequent (34-66%) walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and lifting up to 25 pound. Constant (67-100%) standing, using hands, reaching with hands and arms, talking, visual inspection, hearing, pushing, pulling, bending, stretching, twisting, or reaching with body, arms, or legs.
