Reporting to the Faculty Laboratory Manager, this is a full-time position for the next three years, working in Bond University’s Faculty of Health Sciences and Medicine’s Science and Anatomy Laboratories. This position is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operation and management of Laboratory facilities and ensuring Laboratory facilities provide an efficient and effective space for student learning, assessment, and research. This position also offers opportunity for those motivated applicants to cross-train and potentially progress their career within the Faculty.

We are looking for a dynamic individual to become an integral member of the Laboratories Team. In this position, you will thrive on working autonomously within a collaborative team, and you will be interested in cross-training and progressing your career.
We are looking for someone who:
- Enjoys working collaboratively, managing multiple tasks, and developing improvement initiatives;
- Has a comprehensive understanding of Work Health and Safety standards and risk management in a Laboratory environment;
- Has highly-developed interpersonal and communication skills for communicating with a range of people;
- Has exceptional organisational skills, along with well-developed administrative, IT literacy, and Microsoft Office Suite skills;
- Has a Certificate-level qualification in a relevant field.
While some professional experience in the delivery of scientific or medical education is preferred, it is not essential.

The salary for the position commences at $62,580 (Full Time Equivalent) plus 10.5% superannuation per annum.
