The position monitors and coordinates the activities of and provides support and assistance to assigned laboratories to enable effective and safe lab operations. This position is responsible for the activities of the STEM tutoring center on campus. This position provides academic support to students enrolled in HCC math and science courses, develops and creates workshops/reviews for enhancing student learning, tutors students, and coordinates resources with faculty.
Preferred Qualifications
Prefer applicants with: (1) the ability to provide academic support for HCC math and/or science courses;
(2) tutoring or teaching experience in the subject area, (3) excellent interpersonal skills, and (4) technical proficiency.
