Under supervision from the Principal Investigator, the incumbent performs standard repetitive laboratory procedures that require technical knowledge and skill in the field of structural biology. The goal is to determine structures of proteins using Cryo-electron microscopy (Cryo-EM) and probe molecular determinants of recognition of macromolecular complexes using cell culture assays.
