We seek to appoint a Knowledge Exchange Office (KEO) to support research and enterprise projects within CORMSIS (Centre of Operational Research, Management Science and Information Systems) and the School of Mathematical Sciences.

CORMSIS is one of the largest groups of its type in the UK, spanning the School of Mathematical Sciences and Southampton Business School. CORMSIS also includes academic colleagues with interests in operational research and management science from other parts of the university. Our research and education spans a broad spectrum, ranging from mathematical optimisation through business analytics and simulation to qualitative research in problem structuring. You will need to have a technical degree, ideally with some background within operational research and management science, and experience of developing successful partnerships with industry. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiating skills and ability at networking.
