Is The Job Related To Staff Position Within A Research Infrastructure?: Yes

• Electro-optical characterization of cascade lasers, measurement of the transducer characteristics - power, spectral measurements, Fourier spectroscopy, SEM microscopic measurements, measurement measurements;

• Development and implementation of new electrical and optical methods for PIC;

• Measuring system - Construction and installation;

• Analysis of the results;

• Carrying out research or development works;

• Preparation of reports, co-creation of scientific publications.

Skills/Qualifications

• Higher education, secondary education and 5 years of experience in the research and development sector or secondary education in the industry and 5 years of experience in the research and development sector (preferred graduates of engineering and / or master's studies - physics, electronics or related fields);

• Knowledge of physics and semiconductor laser technology (knowledge of quantum cascade lasers will be an asset);

• Knowledge of Matlab, COMSOL software packages etc .;

• Interest in experimental work;

• Ability to work in a team;

• Systematic and reliable.

Specific Requirements

• Work experience in a photonic laboratory;

• Ability to use measuring equipment and automation of measurements;

• Programming skills: LabView, C, C ++, Phyton;

• Ability to create reliable documentation of measurements and analysis of the obtained measurement data.
