Junior Assistant Professor Environmental Sciences (0.8 - 1.0 FTE)
Utrecht University has opened two new faculty positions at Junior Assistant
Professor level in the field of environmental sciences (fixed term, maximum 6
years). The teaching-research ratio of this position is 70% teaching and 30%
research. Research time can be expanded at the expense of teaching time when
research projects are successfully acquired.
The successful candidate will:
We offer a temporary position (0.8 - 1.0 FTE) for six years with a gross
salary - depending on previous qualifications and experience - that ranges
between €2,836 and €3,408 (scale 10 according to the Collective Labour
Agreement Dutch Universities) per month for a full-time employment. Salaries
are supplemented with a holiday bonus of 8% and a year-end bonus of 8.3% per
year. In addition, Utrecht University offers excellent secondary conditions,
including an attractive retirement scheme, (partly paid) parental leave and
