Summary: The IT Systems Analyst Intern, under the direction of a manager or above, assists in the design, development and implementation of departmental processes and/or programs.

Reporting position: The IT Systems Analyst Intern reports to the Assistant Director, Enterprise Systems.

Duties and Responsibilities •Provide technical assistance and support to faculty, staff, and students as requested. •Assist with technical writing and the documentation of Enterprise Systems. •Create or modify application functionality using programming or scripting languages including but not limited to T-SQL, PL/SQL, PowerShell, Bash, JavaScript, and C#. •Assist with monitoring, assigning, and creating tickets in TeamDynamics. •Research and evaluate applications and services for use by the institution. Provide a matrix when possible, detailing features within each different application or service. •Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

•Must be a current full-time undergraduate/graduate UNF student in good academic standing. •Must be available 20 hours each week.

Preferred Qualifications

•Preference given to students enrolled with a concentration in Information Technology or majoring in Computer Science.
