The IT Specialist I and AV Support Technician position in Information Technology is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining hardware; providing advanced support for a wide variety of software applications; completing helpdesk requests in a timely manner in a high-paced environment; and providing exceptional AV support to the University classrooms and conference rooms.
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in a related field OR a minimum of three years of related experience 2. Ability to display a positive attitude, teamwork, and timeliness
Preferred Qualifications Will this position require driving (personal vehicle, university vehicle, utility vehicle, or golf cart) in order to perform the job duties? No Work Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:00-5:00 Evenings and weekends occasionally required for projects, events, or emergencies.
