The mission of the Integrated Student Services Center (ISSC) is to ensure students are engaged and supported across their UNT journey. By combining strong student services and effective technology the center serves as a single point of service across areas to promote a progressive, simplified, and consistent experience. The ISSC provides a seamless, integrated, and frictionless point of contact that will promote enrollment, persistence, and graduation. The center brings together Student Accounting, Financial Aid and Scholarships, the Student Money Management Center, Registrar, and Admissions and provides students an in-the- moment support system – meeting them where they are.

Position Overview

This position is responsible for supporting the mission of the integrated student services model for the Division of Enrollment. This key position ensures successful continuation of all strategic and operational activities relative to the enrollment student experience and journey to, through and from the Frisco campus. The Manager assists with onsite oversight for all Frisco Eagle Ambassador (tour guide) program, assists with tour experiences, meets with families and students as well as providing oversight for “one-stop” services through the ISSC to both future and current UNT students.

Bachelor's Degree in related field and four years of professional related experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Experience in admissions, recruitment, student services, or related experience. Strong presentation, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.

Experience with PeopleSoft and/or Salesforce. Exceptional customer/student support skills. Advanced written communication skills. Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Job Duties

o

Responsible for operational services related to services provided through the Division of Enrollment at the UNT at Frisco campus. Position will assist with outreach campaigns and the overall assessment and development of the student experience journey across all enrollment areas at the Frisco campus.

o

Oversight and resolution of escalated customer requests from Eagle Ambassadors or staff onsite and will ensure that all issues raised by customers are properly managed and documented

o

Supports a combination of assigned functions, using a one-stop-shop approach, to ensure customers (including prospective students, current students, parents, and staff) receive the highest level of customer service and information regarding financial aid, registration/enrollment, and student accounts.

o

Assist the Enrollment services team with answering all representatives' questions; monitoring student experiences to improve customer service; providing coaching and ensuring staff comply with all center objectives, performance standards, and policies.

o

Assists in oversight for the chat platform, in-person, and virtual visits, in response to student inquiries and supporting the counselors that support those areas.

o

Handles escalations from team representatives – acts as a second level of support for students and families. Intercedes to diffuse interactions and handles any issues that cannot be fielded by front-line support.

o

Assists with on-site events, tours, and the experience for students at UNT at Frisco along the admissions journey.

o

Assists with services and programming to ensure students receive the support necessary to navigate administrative tasks.
