About the Role Join our team as an International Visits and Engagements Officer and make a real impact in the world of international relations! As the first point of call for international visit requests, you'll provide advice to internal stakeholders, coordinate logistics and ensure culturally appropriate documentation is provided. You'll also have the opportunity to build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and provide administrative support for outbound visits and delegations. Not only will you play a vital role in coordinating high-level, strategically-aligned international visits and delegations, but you'll also have the chance to develop your skills and grow your career in an exciting and dynamic environment.
About You To achieve success for the role, you must possess exceptional judgement, diplomacy, and discretion, and be able to represent the university with confidence, professionalism, and a commitment to confidentiality. Strong skills in document preparation and writing, with a keen attention to detail, are essential. The ideal candidate is able to work independently, as well as collaborate effectively with a team, to deliver high-quality work in a timely manner, while managing competing demands and multiple tasks under pressure to achieve successful outcomes.
