International Student Support Administrator

We are recruiting a full-time International Student Support Administrator on an 11-month fixed-term, maternity cover basis (from mid-February). This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working with the expectation that the post holder will work on the Streatham campus for a minimum of 2 days per week.
Summary of the role
We are looking to recruit someone with excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and an ability to deliver outstanding customer service, preferably with experience of working with international students in a Higher Education setting. Working as part of an experienced team, the post holder will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative tasks needed to support international applicants and students. The post holder will also be required to deliver support to the team and in specific instances to students via a variety of different methods (Microsoft Teams, in person, email, workshops and webinars).
