We are looking for an International Recruitment Officer to expand our hugely successful recruitment team and contribute to our work in attracting international students to the University of Hull.

Following the establishment of the new Global Engagement directorate at the University the Global Recruitment team has been highly successful in increasing student enrolments and extending the global brand presence of the University

We are looking for a confident team player with the ability to manage a complex and diverse workload, and with the initiative to solve problems. Skills in IT (including the Microsoft Office suite) and data analysis are essential.

This post will focus on support for recruitment projects, particularly in digital marketing, working with agents, partners and supporting our customer relationship management. Experience of working in marketing and communications, strong office skill, and an international outlook are important. A good understanding of higher education is also desirable.

It is important that the post-holders demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively, and with diplomacy and excellent cultural awareness, both with internal and global stakeholders.

Applicants may have a background in international higher education, marketing and PR, or senior administrative roles.
