Permanent position, 36.5 hours per week.
Warwick Employment Group is seeking to recruit an Internal Recruitment Team Leader to lead the internal Unitemps recruitment team.
You will be passionate about managing internal recruitment teams and applying and managing compliance and recruitment processes. You will have lead responsibility for ensuring that the internal Unitemps recruitment team is effectively managing internal accounts, stakeholders and internal temporary recruitment requests.
Unitemps, part of the Warwick Employment Group, is the University of Warwick's wholly owned recruitment consultancy placing students, graduates and experienced professionals into temporary and permanent roles both on campus and with clients in the wider community.
The primary responsibility of this role is to take day-to-day operational management of the internal Unitemps recruitment team who handles the casual staffing requirements of the University.
The post-holder is expected to develop and implement appropriate processes and procedures to ensure full compliance across the team, attract candidates and efficiently manage on-going client relationships for temporary staff provision across the University.
We will consider applications for employment on a part-time or other flexible working basis, even where a position is advertised as full-time, unless there are operational or other objective reasons why it is not possible to do so.

Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
The primary responsibility of this role is to take day-to-day operational management of the internal Unitemps recruitment team who handles the casual staffing requirements of the University.
The post-holder is expected to develop and implement appropriate processes and procedures to ensure full compliance across the team, attract candidates and efficiently manage on-going client relationships for temporary staff provision across the University.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Management of Internal Unitemps Recruitment Team
• Manage, coach, and develop team members of the internal recruitment team.
• Manage work/account allocation, performance reviews and capturing and implementing of customer service improvement requirements.
• Hold regular visits and account reviews with internal stakeholders across the University ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide key reports and metrics to management when required.
• Management of internal recruitment processes and procedures whilst applying a continuous improvement approach.
• Regular coaching, planning, monitoring and performance reviews with direct reports.
• Work with the WEG marketing team to develop an effective student and external candidate attraction strategy.
Office Management
• Development of operational procedures and management of systems in association with the Unitemps Compliance and Operations team and WEG IT staff.
• Troubleshoot where complications arise with temporary bookings.
• Ensure that the team KPI activity are achieved on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Hold regular meetings with the Unitemps compliance team in management of temporary recruitment processes.
• Ensure all temporary bookings comply with relevant employment legislation and appropriate checks are made to reference candidates and ensure their eligibility to work.
• Ensure every candidate who works on campus holds 2 references before commencement of work.
People Management
• The post-holder will be the Line Manager for the internal recruitment team in the Warwick Branch (The Beehive and on campus offices) and will be responsible for all internal temporary on campus recruitment.
• Managing performance through regular, structured 121's and annual performance development reviews.
• The post-holder will be required to have regular meetings with the Director of Unitemps to discuss university recruitment activity.
Financial/Resource management
• The post-holder will contribute to the 5 year planning process for the internal Warwick branch and will be responsible for achieving branch internal targets and KPI's.
• The post-holder will have responsibility for decision making on candidate generation via marketing activities.
