The University of Zurich's European and Asian Business Management (EABM)
offers one MAS and two CAS programs as part of the further education training
of the University of Zurich. Students from across the globe come to
Switzerland to take part in our study programs.
Your responsibilities
Onsite class support (Mon, Fri & Sat from September to March every year)
Administrative tasks support (incl. booking hotels, payments,
reimbursements)
Support with the organization of events and seminars
Support with the communications with professors, students and third
parties
Maintaining and updating different UZH systems (OLAT, website,
newsletters)
Your profile
FH training or bachelor's degree
Prior working experience, interest or engagement with Asian cultures is
required
Prior work experience as administrative assistant or equivalent is an
advantage
Fast learner and motivated to work in a multicultural environment
You are proactive and pay strong attention to details
Knowledge of UZH systems and organization is a plus
Language requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English and German
Knowledge of Japanese, Korean or Chinese languages is an advantage
Knowledge of any additional European language is an advantage
Computer Skills:
Good command in Microsoft Office is required
Prior experience with Canva or InDesign is an advantage

Start of employment
The open position is to be filled immediately or upon agreement. The
internship period will be 6 months with the possibility to be extended into a
team assistant position afterwards.
