Position Summary

The School of Economics, Management, and Project Management, one of three schools in the College of Business, invites applications for a nine-month fixed term faculty position in Strategic Management beginning August of 2023. Candidates must have a demonstrated record of achievement in teaching at the college or university level in Strategic Management and/or International Management. Review of applications will begin immediately and will continue until a candidate has been selected for hire.

A successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to contribute to the mission of the department programs in providing students with the skills needed to address the challenges of contemporary business. A demonstrated record of achievement in teaching at the college or university level is preferred. The expected teaching load is 24 semester hours per academic year.

This position requires teaching online courses as well as service activities as designated by the School director. Moreover, the successful candidate must meet the AACSB accreditation requirements regarding qualification of college of business faculty.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required for this Position Minimum Qualifications

Master's degree and have also completed 18 graduate credit hours in management courses from an AACSB-accredited institution.

Preferred Qualifications

Ph.D. or ABD in an appropriate business field or a terminal degree in a closely related business field from an AACSB-accredited institution is desirable.
