Minimum Education and/or Work Experience
Master's degree and three to five years of experience in instructional design, instructional technology or related field required. Equivalent combination of experience may be considered.
Qualifications

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and project management skills and attention to detail. Must have ability to develop and implement instructional design best practices for web-based and hybrid learning. Ability to develop and maintain collegial, productive work relationship with law faculty and academic department colleagues.
Certificates/Credentials/Licenses
Bachelor's degree and/or two or more years of experience in instructional design, instructional technology or related field required. Equivalent combination of experience and/or related education may be considered.
Computer Skills
Loyola University Chicago uses Sakai as the learning management system and has well-developed technology support. Familiarity and/or experience working in Sakai (or another enterprise learning management system), Zoom, Panopto and Articulate Storyline are strongly preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Internet and email applications. Strong working knowledge of HTML, web, graphic and video design methodologies and applications, web technologies, and computer-based training software required. Strong aptitude for learning new technologies.
