General description:

independently performs professional duties in his/her field of work,

carries out operational tasks of the field of work,

prepares reports, decisions and opinions in his/her field of work,

coordinates, monitors and implements the procedures of his/her field of work,

keeps abreast of information and developments in his/her field of work,

carries out other tasks that fall within the broad scope of the post and are delegated by the superior.

Detailed description:

prepares materials and equipment for lab work and research tasks,

participates in the execution of lab work and research tasks,

compiles and writes documents for preparing projects,

supervises and reports on implementing projects,

organises repairs and maintenance of work equipment.

REQUIRED EDUCATION LEVEL

Engineering: Master Degree or equivalent

Skills/Qualifications

Conditions of employment:

specialisation in Mechanical Engineering or another scientific and technical discipline after higher professional education (former),

higher professional degree (former) in Mechanical Engineering or another scientific and technical discipline,

MSc (Bologna Level II) in Mechanical Engineering or another scientific and technical discipline,

knowledge of two foreign languages, computer skills, knowledge of relevant regulations in the field, communication, management and organisational skills,

3 years of relevant work experience.

An employment contract can be concluded only with a candidate who fulfils the requirements for the position.

Specific Requirements

Other desirable requirements: Master's degree (Bologna 2nd cycle) in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Physics, overall grade point average above 8, knowledge of computer modelling and numerical simulation software (e.g. Solidworks, AutoCAD, Simulink, ANSYS), programming skills, and knowledge of at least one of the following languages: Matlab, Python, C++.
