Job description

This is an exciting new position within Coventry University Group.

Coventry University Group has a strong record of both ensuring fair access into higher education and ensuring all students, irrespective of background or characteristic, can fulfil their academic potential.

Building upon both individual and institutional successes, the Office for Teaching and Learning is looking for an individual who is experienced in evaluating the impact of institutional activities and interventions.

We are excited to continue this vital work through the next phase of delivering the Group commitments detailed within our Access and Participation Plan. You will support the Inclusivity and Success Manager to develop and implement the Group Access and Participation Evaluation Action Plan. Your role will include developing a robust evidence base whilst preparing information for the regulatory annual impact reports.

You will be an advocate and a champion for high quality, robust evaluation to help support colleagues across the Group. Additionally, the post-holder will work closely with delivery teams to provide an efficient and supportive evaluation service for all widening participation and student success programmes. You will also work closely with the Student's Union to ensure a cohesive approach to addressing the equity and diversity agenda.
