This new part-time (0.6 FTE) post is available immediately on a permanent basis within Education and Academic Services.
This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working – some time on campus and some from home.
Summary of the role
This is a new, part-time role (0.6 FTE) within Student Immigration Services. The post-holder will be responsible for the strategic management of the Immigration Compliance Team, working with the Immigration Compliance Team Leader to ensure that compliance processes are managed effectively and support a positive international applicant and student experience. With a particular focus on the university's attendance and engagement monitoring process, the post-holder will have an eye for improving how we deliver our service, and will need to be able to interpret and implement the requirements of the Home Office's Student Sponsor guidance to both policy and process and individual student cases. The post holder will also play an active role in the services' leadership team.
