DescriptionUniversity of Health Sciences and Pharmacy in St. Louis is currently looking for an engaging and highly collaborative Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to play an essential role in supporting senior leaders, managers, and employees in specific colleges and divisions as a strategic and trusted advisor.
The HRBP will support an inclusive and dynamic culture and workforce as well as support or manage some university-wide programs. The HRBP serves as the primary departmental resource for counsel and assists in the execution of HR programs and processes relative to workforce planning and design, recruiting and onboarding, career development and performance management, employee relations, compensation and classification, HR programs and policy implementation, and organizational effectiveness, culture, and change management execution.
