Human Resources Assistant (PR0206/22-23)
The Office is looking for a suitable candidate to provide frontline support in an account servicing team to provide one-stop all-round Human Resources (HR) services to assigned offices/units.
Key roles and responsibilities: - general HR and office administration, logistic support for interviews, assessment tests and meetings; - preparation of contracts/letters, work permit applications, data entry into the HR system and filing; - preparation of recruitment/benefits administration-related statistics; and - enquiries handling, and other duties as assigned.
Applicants should have/be: - a certificate/diploma preferably with 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in the HR field; - a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); - good interpersonal and communication skills and attentive to details; - a team player, proactive and customer-oriented; - proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing.
The appointment will be offered a fixed-term contract initially for up to 2 years, renewable subject to mutual agreement.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
