Opportunity

The Human Resources Office is open Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. Our office is seeking an administrative aide to assist with employee needs during our business hours.

The Human Resources Administrative Aide is responsible for handling the front desk reception in the Human Resources and Equal Opportunity office. Primarily this consists of greeting incoming guests, answering incoming calls and emails, and generally supporting the administrative needs of the HR office.

  • Greet and assist all guests that enter the office of Human Resources and Equal Opportunity.
  • Answer incoming HR phone calls and transfer to the appropriate HR representative.
  • Answer incoming EO-HR emails and forward to the appropriate HR representative.
  • Scanning and filing documents.
  • Maintain job posting book.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team.

  • Minimum Qualifications

    This position requires a high level of professionalism and highly a skilled customer service approach.

    Previous administrative support or receptionist experience.

    Human Resources experience preferred.

    Work Study award is required.

    $15.00/hr
