HR Manager (Employee Relations & Policy)

Grade 8 (£43,414 - £51,805 p.a. depending on experience)

This role will be based on the university campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

Are you an experienced HR professional with an interest in Employee Relations and policy development and implementation? Can you demonstrate effective relationship management and influencing skills? Do you want to bring your knowledge of HR best practice to one of the largest higher education institutions in the UK to be part of a team who are committed to making progressive change and developing employment policies and practices that embed our institutional values, behaviours and culture?

The successful candidate will need to be energetic, resilient and outcome oriented; and work collaboratively across the People and Culture team and with key stakeholders.
