We have an exciting opportunity to join our award-winning Reward and Benefits Team as a HR Engagement Officer.

The role of HR Engagement Officer will support the Employee Wellbeing and Engagement Manager in the delivery of the wellbeing and engagement strategies.

The role will be responsible for delivering creative and engaging activities, co-ordinating and supporting events and developing communication channels and materials to support wellbeing initiatives.

The role holder will bring a coordinated and proactive approach to the support and enhancement of engaging a diverse workforce in the HR offering and improving the overall employee experience.
