We are looking for a proactive and driven individual to join our Recruitment and Contracts Team, based in the People and Organisational Effectiveness department on a full time, indefinite basis. Providing a customer-focused HR service, you should enjoy working to challenging deadlines, using your initiative and possess the ability to establish and develop excellent working relationships with departments and the wider PoE team.
You will be responsible for undertaking a range of HR administration tasks including the placement of adverts, contract production and contractual changes. You will support and offer guidance on routine employment matters and queries on policies/procedures to managers.
The team you will be joining has a strong customer focus and you should bring pro-activity and a “can-do” attitude. Excellent time management, customer service skills and high levels of attention to detail are essential elements of this role.
This is a full-time/indefinite post. If eligible support will be provided for the successful candidate to undertake a CIPD Level 3 qualification.
