The employee must be able to direct all calls or be willing to find the information requested by the caller. The employee must be knowledgeable in computer skills, fax machine and copier. The employee must be flexible and willing to move to a different work station when asked.
To prepare and maintain patent data in order to verify patients' eligibility status during the hospital admissions process.

College training will substitute for the required general experience on the basis of 15 semester hours for six months of experience.
