Job description:
Verantwortung für die Bereiche Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung sowie
die Anlagen- und Hauptbuchhaltung und Rechnungsstellung
Verantwortung für die Erstellung des kaufmännischen Jahresabschlusses
(Bilanz, GuV sowie Anhänge) des DKFZ nach Handels- und Steuerrecht
Leitung der Gruppe Finanzbuchhaltung mit ca. 15 Beschäftigten
Ansprechpartner:in für Wirtschaftsprüfer
Initiative bei der Planung und Realisierung von Projekten im Bereich
Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, insbesondere zur weiteren Digitalisierung und
Automatisierung von Prozessen
Requirements:
Wirtschaftswissenschaftlicher Hochschulabschluss (Master oder Bachelor)
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Aufstellung von Jahresabschlüssen mittlerer
bis großer Kapitalgesellschaften
Abschluss als Bilanzbuchhalter:in ist von Vorteil
Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Jahresabschlüssen in Forschungseinrichtungen und
kameralen Jahresabschlüssen, Kenntnisse des Fragenkatalogs nach §53 HGrG
sowie Erfahrung in der Konsolidierung von Jahresabschlüssen sind von
Vorteil
Interesse an prozessorientiertem und vernetztem Arbeiten
Interesse an der Arbeit in einem stark international geprägten,
naturwissenschaftlichen Umfeld
Sichere Anwendungskenntnisse in den einschlägigen SAP Modulen,
insbesondere SAP FI und von Rechnungsworkflowsystemen (xFlow von
Vorteil)
Erfahrung im Handels- und Umsatzsteuerrecht
Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie Konfliktfähigkeit
Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
