About Student and Scholarly Services Student and Scholarly Services provides student administration and services from recruitment and point of enquiry to graduation. This team also delivers wellbeing and scholarly services to students and staff.
About the Role Within the University of Melbourne's Student Participation Department, the Student Engagement team has responsibility for the delivery of several co- curricular experiential learning programs across areas including student- focused work experience, virtual internships, community engagement activities, projects, and a range of strategically aligned grants programs.
As the Student Engagement Grants Support Officer, you will support both strategic and operational objectives within the team's Grants Portfolio. You will also support the development and implementation of programs, solutions and services that support effective and efficient administration and operations, while ensuring quality outcomes for participating students.
Responsibilities include:
About You You will have good business acumen and demonstrated experience in the development of internal and external stakeholder relationships. Your developed communication skills enable you to engage with and form working relationships with people from diverse cultural backgrounds at all levels of the organisation.
You will have strong time management and organisational skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritse and meet deadlines.
