Scope of Job
To provide grant proposal development expertise to faculty members and
research personnel to enable competitive individual and team extramural
research funding and facilitate research
excellence. Manage and plan the research, preparation, development and
submission of grant proposals for the purposes of research project, including
identifying external funding opportunities.
Description of Duties
• Responsible for grant writing, including conducting and evaluating research,
preparing and analyzing proposal budgets, and working collaboratively with
internal and external personnel to develop grant proposals that support the
research mission and goals of the university.
