About the Role
The Graduate Research Officer plays an integral role in delivering the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology's 10-year research strategy and growth targets. You will support the full life cycle of Graduate Research Degrees for the Faculty through the provision of professional support services to prospective, newly enrolled and current graduate research students. You will work closely with the Faculty's Academic Supervisors, School and Department Graduate Coordinators and Administrators, as well as collaborating with colleagues across Chancellery's varied Student and Academic Services.
You will be responsible for our communication channels (website, Yammer and SharePoint sites), working to continuously improve, update and disseminate information to both graduate researchers and their supervisors.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop, or gain, experience in scholarships, application processing, and assessment, deferral requests, progress reviews and other related activities and events.

Your excellent organisational skills enable you to prioritise your work and adapt to as needed, working effectively both as part of a team and independently.
