About the Role
The Graduate Research Coordinator is a key member of the Faculty's Academic Programs team, providing high level administrative service and support to the Faculty's graduate researchers, academic staff, and professional colleagues. The position coordinates the Faculty's graduate research program operations and works closely with the Faculty's Academic portfolio leads for Graduate Research and the leadership of the Academic Programs team to support the success of graduate researchers and their supervisors.
The position administers graduate research course curriculum changes, working in coordination and alignment with the Faculty's Manager, Graduate Research Programs to deliver enhancements to core programs, and ensuring accurate course and subject information is published in the University Handbook, the Future Students website and other published collateral in a timely manner.
The position provides executive support to the Faculty's Graduate Research Directors Advisory Committee and will be expected to develop an excellent understanding of committee governance and the graduate research strategy of the Faculty, to deliver advice that aligns Faculty objectives, priorities and goals with University graduate research policies and procedures.

About You
You will have the ability to influence and forge effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and a high level of initiative and drive with a demonstrated ability to provide input into business processes for continuous improvement. You will have highly developed computer literacy, including advanced use of Office 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and experience with other applications such as Qualtrics, EventBrite, Campaign Monitor and web editing packages. Experience in graduate research administration is highly desirable.
