Scope of Job
Quantitative data collection monitor—utilization of Qualtrics
Quantitative data analysis (statistics)—downloading data from the Qualtrics, data cleaning, descriptive analysis, correlation, regression, multiple regression, moderation, and mediation analysis
Sending out gift cards to participation who took part in the survey
Mail out paper-based surveys to participants
Qualitative interview preparation: select and invite participants, schedule interview time, discuss and list interview questions with project investigators (PI).
Qualitative interview through zoom: facilitate or even lead the interview, follow-up after the interview.
After interview: type out the transcript according to the recording of the interview, send gift cards to the participants, coding the themes and analyze the interview transcript.
Manuscript: literature searching & manuscript preparation—have a chance to be the co-author with the project investigator (PI) to publish journal papers or present the results at conferences.
