Graduate Assistants will be assigned the research faculty with calculations and simulation of partial differential equations related to quantum field theory in some cosmological models using Mathematica and Maple software, using remote access from home to university computing resources. Graduate Assistant will help with the mathematical derivation of formulas for the solutions of partial differential equations and verifications of some formulas using Mathematica.

Discipline Specific Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of algebra, differential equations, advanced calculus, micro-local analysis, numerical methods. • Advanced knowledge of Mathematica software or Maple.

Preferred Qualifications Salary $2,400 Number of Vacancies 1 Desired Start Date 02/01/2022
