Title Graduate Program Director, Endodontics

Appointment Status Non-Tenure Track Department IUPUI Department of Endodontics – School of Dentistry Position Summary

Indiana University School of Dentistry (IUSD) invites applications for our Graduate Endodontics Program Director position. This will be a 12-month, non- tenure track appointment at the rank of clinical assistant/associate professor at either 0.80 FTE or 1.0 FTE, with an anticipated start date of January 1, 2024, or sooner.

WHAT YOU WILL DO The candidate who joins our team will deliver didactic and clinical instruction, fulfill research assignments, supervise clinical care provided by Endodontic residents, attend IUSD graduate program directors' monthly meetings, develop goals and objectives of the Graduate Endodontics program, devise a systematic method of assessment and outcome measures, chair the Graduate Endodontic Admissions Committee and maintain appropriate records of the program, including Commission on Dental Accreditation surveys and other pertinent paperwork.

The IU School of Dentistry is the only dental school in the state and educates 80% of the dentists practicing in Indiana. Basic Qualifications

ARE YOU READY TO JOIN? Full consideration will be given to candidates who meet the following qualifications:

  • DDS from a CODA-accredited dental school
  • Completion of a CODA-approved endodontic training program
  • Board certification by the American Board of Endodontics
  • Indiana full dental licensure by the position start date (January 1, 2024, or sooner)
