This position supports the operations of the Center for Career & Professional Development by proctoring exams, such as CLEP, HESI, TSI, Correspondence, PearsonVUE and others.
The position is responsible for adhering to and maintaining a positive, comfortable testing environment. Providing positive customer service is essential, while also continuing to follow proper training and testing policies.
This position is the first line in troubleshooting any technical, system issues that may occur while candidates are testing.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be enrolled in graduate coursework.
Prior customer service experience is preferred.
Ability to perform basic computer troubleshooting.
Physical Requirements Certifications Required Work Hours Monday-Friday (Max 19.5 hours/week) Job Conditions
Position is indoors. On occasion, may support other department events, such as career fairs, networking events or student events on campus (some may be outdoors).
Additional Instructions for Applicants
Due to PearsonVUE testing agreements, candidates wishing to take FE, AWS or other exams offered by PearsonVUE would not be eligible to test for such exams until 2 years after the end of employment.
