Job Description

The position is designated to help support teaching efforts in the assigned department. This position is funded through the CARES Act/MSI funding and will continue as needed for the 2020 – 2022 academic year.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist faculty with both in class and online courses for virtual support, course interaction, and social distancing requirements.

  • Provide technology support as needed.

  • Facilitate classroom set up and ensure social distancing requirements are being met.

  • Verify attendance and entering grades.

  • Other duties as assigned to support faculty with day-to-day teaching responsibilities.

  • Required Eligibility & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in an applicable field.

  • Must be enrolled as a full-time graduate student at Prairie View A&M University.

  • Must be enrolled in 9 credit hours of graduate courses.

  • Must be in good academic standing.
