Under the supervision of the Director of Gift Administration, the gift and information system specialist is an integral member of the Gift Administration team responsible for the quality and integrity of the alumni and donor database and ensuring that all gifts and pledges are recorded, acknowledged, and reported accurately and in a timely manner, in accordance with established policies and procedures.
The maximum hiring budget for this position is up to $59,717/yr.

Demonstrated advanced skill levels in accurate record keeping with strict attention to detail. Proficiency in applicable software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to deal with confidential information in an appropriate manner. Rapid, accurate typing skills. Correct usage of English, spelling, grammar, and punctuation. Proficient in producing word processing letters, document merge routines, and spreadsheets.
