Full-time/Part-time Clerical Assistant in the Department of Microbiology, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref.: 522809) (to commence as soon as possible for six months to one year, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should have 5 passes in HKCEE including English (min. Grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007), Chinese (Level 2 from 2007) and Mathematics, or min. Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; good interpersonal skills; and be detail-minded with a strong sense of responsibility.

The appointee will provide comprehensive clerical and administrative support; update, track and handle invoices; assist in data entry, photocopying and filing; answer enquires; and perform other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits, if applicable.
