Position InformationUnder general supervision, the CE-CERT Front Office Manager provides a wide variety of administrative support to the CE-CERT research and administrative facilities. This position is responsible for ensuring administrative facilities operations are running smoothly and to work to resolve any issues that arise. The incumbent must be able to work under the pressure of constantly changing priorities, unanticipated urgent demands, and multiple tasks. Serves as the main contact for submitting work orders and following up with campus vendors. Processes all monthly invoicing for CE-CERT lessees as well as tracking and paying all monthly utility, maintenance and repair, and other facilities bills. Responsible for managing key card access, the incumbent will process all security card access requests for CE-CERT facilities. Oversees the orderliness of the reception area, receive all packages and incoming mail, and log package distribution.
The salary range for the Front Office Manager is $56,981.52 - $68,465.52 annually. The expected pay scale for this position is up to $85,000 annually. We base placement within these ranges on the individual's qualifications as they relate to this position.

Minimum RequirementsRequires good verbal and written communication skills, active listening, critical thinking, multi-tasking and time management skills. Thorough knowledge of administrative procedures and processes including word processing, spreadsheet and database applications. Skill in managing sensitive and confidential information regarding bargaining unit issues. Requires interpersonal and work leadership skills to provide guidance to other nonexempt personnel. Demonstrated experience in working independently and following through on assignments with minimal direction. Experience in prioritizing assignments to complete work in a timely manner under the pressure of deadlines, interruptions, and competing priorities and requirements. Experience supervising groups of student employees. Must be familiar with local and UC policies & programs. Work experience with Concur and other UC Systems. Progressive responsibility working in higher education.
