Manages the day to day administration of Fraternity and Sorority Life (FSL) at Tennessee Tech University.

Essential Functions
Supports the learning, development, and success of students affiliated with fraternities and sororities by advising and supporting student leaders, organizing activities that strengthen the fraternal community and implementing procedures that prioritize student well-being and the educational mission of the institution. In partnership with the Assistant Vice President for Student Engagement, the coordinator engages collaboratively with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders, including local chapter advisors, fraternity/sorority staff, governing bodies, community members, faculty, and campus partners.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Experience leading officer training programs, advising councils, and managing fraternity and sorority membership and organization information. Two years of related experience. Experience as a GA will be pro-rated.
Preferred Qualifications
Coursework in communication, administration, project management, education, student development, marketing, and budget management are preferred.
Work Hours
Standard hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Nights and weekend hours are typical as many meetings must be scheduled when most students are not in class.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Commensurate with education and experience. Administrative Pay Grade AD42.
