  • The study will focus on the formulation of innovative products, based on natural and biodegradable substances that are functional to the health conservation of the agricultural soils and specific crops, to reduce treatments with traditional pesticides. In particular, the research is related to solid matrix based on natural polymers (SBRC; cellulose and its derivatives, chitosan, alginates and pectins) able to modulating the release of natural substances, with bioactive derivatives from residues from agricultural and agro-industrial productions of brassicaceae and/or solanaceae and/or vegetable components rich in tannins, with anti-fungal and anti- bacterial properties for preserving the health of the soil
