Provide vehicle fleet administration services within the Property & Facilities team at CDU

 

About the position 
As the Fleet and Admin Support Officer you will be responsible for the administration of the Property & Facilities Division Vehicle Fleet requirements, delivering a safe and robust vehicle fleet within Northern Territory motor vehicle regulations. This will be achieved through efficient and effective processes, utilising University resources to address vehicle needs. You will also provide general administrative support to the Property & Facilities team. 

 

About You
To be successful, you will possess:

  • A degree in accounting / business or similar and subsequent relevant experience working in a fleet management or similar role where high levels of client service delivery are expected or an equivalent combination of experience and education/training.
  • The ability to work as a team member, including making decisions, setting priorities, and adapting to changes.
  • The ability to provide support and assistance in the design and implementation of client services improvement programs.
  • Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of programs.
  • The ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to an excellent standard and build and maintain relationships with staff at all levels and with key external bodies.

Remuneration 
Appointment to this role will be at Professional Level 5 and the base salary will be in the range $70,648 to $81,617 per annum. The total remuneration package will be in the range of $82,658 to $95,491 per annum including 17% superannuation.
